What to promote with CPAlead PPC?
CPA offers are not good for this traffic as most of them are not happy with the incentive traffic, I had a few offers paused and had earnings deducted & bobile app installs pay low which makes it not worth it.

So im just curious what kind of offers to promote?

Mobile CPI offers do really well on CPAlead PPC. For desktop, Clickbank and CPA email submit work for me.

Thanks for the reply, CPI offers pay very little like a couple of $$ only so its hard to make any profit from them.
