How do I increase PPC clicks to my campaigns?
I am using cpa advertising system, it's pretty good but i am only getting clicks on my USA offers and not getting clicks on any other country offer, seems like they dont have any other country traffic, can anyone help me with this issue?

@sohaib it's possible that you got outbid. Usually when I don't get traffic I consider bidding more.

It depends on the country. I am getting really quick fills in a lot of non-USA countries. I can imagine some countries have more traffic than others.
