I'm getting traffic in the US. Haven't tried other countries but I bet Cyprus doesn't get much traffic anywhere.

@heouariyouc Find an offers on Maxbounty, Peerfly, or Clickbank for example, that pays more than what CPAlead is charging per click. So if you look at http://www.peerflyoffers.com/ you will see at the bottom of this page that Peerfly has offers that pay out $1.00 or more per click. If CPAlead only charges 18 cents a click for USA traffic, and you receive $1.00 per click, your profit is $0.82 per click. This is why it makes sense to advertise in the USA on CPAlead.


Just keep in mind offers from Peerfly will take a lot of clicks to convert because they are purchase offers. Purchase offers payout like $50 or more per purchase, but on average, your earnings per click (EPC) will be around $1.00 (50 clicks to make $50).  So you have to be patient and you need a lot of clicks to convert the offer, but when it converts, you profit.
