Has anyone had issues promoting traditional CPI offers from Yeahmobi and Tapgerine on CPALead PPC ad platform?
Or is it best to stick to incentive offers? I ask because I was banned from the Mobidea network promoting their traditional offers on the CPALead ad platform.

I have found that as long as you disclose you are a media buyer and you are buying traffic, mobile app networks wont mind the high CTR rates. You have to make sure the network understands this first as they are use to seeing low click thru rates since people accidentally click on app banner ads all the time (especially kids) when they're displayed on mobile apps and mobile websites. Other than that, the networks I work with (I wont disclose) haven't complained about the traffic I'm getting from CPAlead and I have been paid just fine. To avoid confusion I'll mix in a bit of Google Adsense or Facebook traffic just so I can say my source is Google or Facebook. Networks that jump to conclusions may not trust any traffic source they don't know.
