I use http://mobilepinsubmits.com to find the top mobile pin submits to promote. I like how this site ranks them and provides carrier information on mo flow, 2 click flow, and other types of mobile pin submits offers. In my experience The top 25 pin submits seem to convert with PPC advertising.

No,  pin offers don't convert on cpalead.  It is very bad of their network.  I lock one of my website with cpalead content locker but even if users fill pin offers., they don't unlock the page nor credit me.  I received series of complaints from my user.  This shows how bogus their network is.  I don't like this side of them at all.  They simply don't credit all leads.  Am sure they intentionally do this.

Yes i'm testing a pin submit offer that gave me 7leads but i diden't try the offers that pay 12$+
