Looks like you're new in CPA. There are a lot of CPA networks, but CPALead is one of the best networks worldwide. How you get lead - this depends on your - you need to drive traffic to link or content locker... There is a lot of tutorials, tips online, Google it. Also you will need to buy hosting and domain to start serious in CPA - but this don't cost much. Read online forums, you can find a lot of useful informations.

there are two methods for promote cpa  offers?


1.PPV (pay per view)   [best for promoting offers]


2.PPC (pay per view)  [not sure ]


I said first try ppv because I already used ppv....... in the ppv network,  I will said try 50on50red or leadimpact network because they give you high quality conversion......and also before you need to tracking your all offers which is get lead and which is not get lead so I will said if ur budget 1000$ then go leadimpact or if ur budget 500$ then try 50on50red......
