For social media promotions, it's best to use a link or file locker because these tools can detect where your visitor is coming from and then show offers available to that user's country.
In the example URL you provided above, you are directly promoting a single offer that is only good for traffic from ONE country. That means anyone else who clicks on your bit.ly link who is not from that offer's target country will be shown an entirely different offer.
CPAlead.com has a new feature coming this week (May 11th) that will bring you the highest quality link and file lockers without requiring you to do ANY customization. These promotions are called 'niches' and they will be perfect for what you're trying to do.
For example, if you choose to promote the FREE A$AP Rocky Mixtape Album, you can target A$AP Rocky fans on Twitter and share a link to the landing page below with them. Anyone who clicks the green 'download button' will be shown offers available to their country. Once the visitor completes an offer, they will gain access to download the mixtape.
This isn't best way for earning money through Twitter. I suggest you to create a landing page for this offer & lock it with social media (requesting share) to receive more traffic. It's bad idea to link directly to offer.
Yea, just blasting out a link doesn't get you far. Sounds like you're just SPAM smashing and that won't work. Someone might click on clickbait then just get pissed off and close the window.
Better 10 good quality clicks than 1,000 bad ones. Plus if you blast out your link that much the link itself will get banned eventually or blocked on social media at least.
