It's not easy as might looks like. You need to optimize meta title, tags, description... Also you need to build a quality backlinks to your website. In one word - you need a SEO (Search Engine Optimization) specialist.

well, I just wanted to reply to your  question about ranking. From past 3 months I am direct linking to offers on Bing and on an average I am ranked 2. 


We can still direct link in Bingads. Which I am doing since 2-3 months. 


It depends upon your keyword selection. Try for long tail keywords. for example - I run a tattoowebsite


http://ambigramism.com , in order for me to rank on Bing (I dont do Google) I choose less competitive keywords. 


Say if I want to rank for "Online Tattoos Design" their would be lots of competitor competing for it.


But if you be more specific, rank for keywords like "online tattoos design ambigram maker" and I rank 2.
