I'm promoting the CPAlead Niches I get the links, but when people click on the link they get the landing page but when they click download they get blank page with no survey to complete, and they can't continue. Why? (Attached a screen shot)?

Your traffic is seeing the surveys but YOU are probably not seeing them because you are from a country that there are no surveys for. Keep in mind that CPAlead surveys are targeted to the country, and some countries don't have much of a market so they wont see any surveys. Try a USA proxy and you will see USA surveys.
