CPAlead provides file and link lockers, so the website is provided, all you need to do is add in the link/file you want to be locked and the content file/link locker will do the rest it will then give you an option of 5 links you can use and share as you like, in doing this then people will see this and you will be paid from users interactions with the locker.

You can earn few dollars, not much. You can also create free website/blog with Blogger, Weebly... And it's easy. It's much harder without website.

One of my buddies kills it by promoting CPA offers from CPALead on PPV sites like LeadImpact, PropellerAds, and 50onred.com. You can see CPALead's top CPA offers here https://www.cpalead.com/offers just pick something within the top 50 and you'll be good. Just keep in mind PPV sites like the ones I listed above are for the big ballas with real cash to spend, they have like $500-$1000 buy-in minimums.


If you don't have that kind of money then use one on CPALead's link or file lockers. Find a hot topic like Britney Spears Shaves Her Head Again - See The Pictures!! And share that link on a Britney Spears Facebook group... People will be completing surveys to see that pic believe that!
